An established, privately held design-build contractor is seeking a Project Executive to lead complex projects across light industrial and specialty sectors. This is a high-impact leadership role offering autonomy, direct access to ownership, and the opportunity to shape project outcomes within a lean, high-performing organization.

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple concurrent design-build projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
• Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and risk management
• Partner with preconstruction and business development teams during pursuit, estimating, and contract negotiations
• Act as the senior client-facing representative, building long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business
• Collaborate closely with operations and field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met
• Implement best practices, processes, and systems to support scalable growth
